Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the NeuraLock Invoices platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features of NeuraLock Invoices, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, locking down API vectors, and restricting unauthorized entry patterns. NeuraLock cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security requirements.

Keep your login details and API keys secure. If someone hacks your account because you were careless with your password, that is on you.
2. Subscription Billing & Gateway Fees
By selecting a paid membership tier, you authorize NeuraLock to charge your designated payment gateway on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of standard transaction protocol routing fees enforced directly by your payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the conclusion of the structural billing loop. All payments made are non-refundable.

Paid plans renew automatically. Cancel your subscription before the loop resets if you want to stop, as we don't offer refunds.
3. Acceptable Use & Structural Conduct
You explicitly covenant not to leverage NeuraLock architectures to transmit fraudulent invoices, process money laundering pipelines, orchestrate phishing vector configurations, or bypass localized consumer taxation frameworks. Any automated scripts or scraping infrastructure interacting with our servers without written cryptographic token clearance will result in immediate termination of data accessibility permissions.

Do not use our app to scan systems, scrape data, send fake invoices, or do anything illegal. If you do, we will instantly ban you.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by governing statute law, NeuraLock Invoices provides its platform structural assets strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" framework base. We offer zero explicit warranties regarding uptime reliability parameters. Under no systemic conditions shall NeuraLock be liable for direct operational interruptions, loss of business revenue metrics, or database corruption phenomena stemming from infrastructural adjustments.

We work hard to make this software reliable, but we provide it as-is. We aren't legally responsible if a bug causes you to lose revenue or business.
